The Objective

This development consisted of over 90 luxurious properties’ boasting six different house types.

The main issue for the developer Green DCBM was that they wanted to achieve a new modern design which could be installed by their team across their luxury build.

To achieve this they required expertise and a fresh approach from the architect and an Aluminium manufacturer that could bring a creative design to life.

The Process

The process began with a review of the overall plans and following some consultation the team reviewed various options to bring the development to the standards envisioned by the architect and the developer.

It was decided that the external porch would require our aluminium Standing Seam System and the roof verge would require the Kytun AluVerge Tile Dry Verge System to give that aesthetic design & architectural finish.

It was also agreed that we would send our most experienced installer onto site to train the Green DCBM operatives.

The Result

The end result was we designed & manufactured a Bespoke Aluminium Standing Seam feature on the front porch with colour matching continuous dry verge system. The products also blended in with the smooth rendered wall finish and colour matched the Senator Windows.

The architectural aluminium products on the build offer the project a unique aesthetic appeal along with a maintenance free finish that comes with a 30-year Durability & 20-year Colour warranty.

We also trained and assisted the Green DCBM onsite team with installation training to speed up installation.
