Using the correct ventilation products at the soffit is a way of ensuring your finished project will have sufficient ventilation. Continuous soffit vents, spring wing vents or twist and lock soffit vents can be used to meet your needs.

  • Continuous Soffit Vents can be used with all common soffit board materials, they are lightweight and durable, quick and easy to install and no special tools are required. These products prevent large insect ingress and are independent of rafter spacing.
  • Spring Wing Soffit Ventilators are for installation at eaves with a projecting soffit, and must always be used with RV Rafter Ventilators to provide a continuous ventilation path from the roof void to the outside without impairing the weatherproof function of the structure. SV120 Soffit Ventilators are designed for easy installation in existing soffits, but can also be used in new work.
  • Twist and lock soffit vents are a simple and effective product that can provide 10,000mm2 opening at 200mm c/c. They can be used on soffit boards from 6mm thick.
  • Bespoke Soffit Ventilation systems are also available when our Aluminium Fascia and soffit system is being used.
